Bad Romance

The scrap I used is Bad Romance by Ziggy Fan Scrap Designs

Open new 600x600 transparent image.
Copy and paste Frame5
Image..Free Rotate..Left 90 degrees
Image..Resize 80% making sure that Resize all layers is unchecked
With your magic wand select all parts inside the frame
Selections..Modify..Expand 5
Selections..Invert
Copy and paste Paper9
Move this layer under the frame
Delete
Selections..Select none
Copy and paste GlitterNHearts
Image..Resize 65%
Copy and paste your tube just under your frame layer
Duplicate your tube layer and move above your frame layer
Take your eraser and erase the bottom part of your tube that is over your frame
Copy and paste Candle1
Resize 65%
Move to the left of the frame
Copy and paste WordArt1
Resize 50%
Move towards the right of the frame
Add your name
Merge Visible
Duplicate
On the bottom layer Image..Blur..Gaussian Blur 10
Duplicate this layer.
On this layer Effects..Distortion Effects..Wind From Left 50
On the bottom layer Effects..Distortion Effects..Wind From Right 50
On your top frame layer resize 95%
Add your copyright information
Resize and save to your liking
